Refund policy

 

All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges. 

Please Note the Following Conditions for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for purchases you no longer want or need.
  • Unpaid Duties & Taxes: If your order is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: If you provide an incorrect shipping address at checkout and do not notify us in time, we are not responsible for the package being sent to the wrong address. In such cases, we cannot reimburse you for the value of the product, packaging, or shipping costs.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances and to guarantee customer satisfaction, we will offer refunds, exchanges or store credits in the following circumstances only.

An opening package video is mandatory before submitting a return/exchange request.

  • Your delivery status says delivered and you haven't received the item.
    • Please reach out to us within 24-48hrs of receiving the delivery email. If you contact us a week or 2 weeks later, we wont be able to refund you or send you another item.
  • Your package arrived damaged in the mail. 
    • Please reach out to us within 24hrs of receiving the package. We will also need an opening video of the package.
  • Wrong Item shipped.
    • If we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will send you the correct item and cover all shipping fees.  If we are unable to send you the correct item because it is sold out, a refund will be provided.  This must be communicated and shipped back within 3 days of receiving the item. Anything past this day will forfeit any re-compensation or exchanges. We will also need an opening video of the package.  
  • Missing stones/parts.
    • If jewelry arrived with missing stones, we will ship you any missing stones free of charge and instruct you how to repair it.  In the case that we are not able to help you repair it, we will provide store credit and pay for any regular mail shipping costs to ship the product back to us.  You are held liable till we receive the product so using a trackable shipping method is recommended. 
    • Please reach out to us within 24hrs of receiving the package. We will also need an opening video of the package.
