Shipping policy

We ship within Canada and internationally. We ship from Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.

Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based upon the weight and value of the package.

Shipping estimates do not include processing time which is 3-4 business days.

We use UPS for all Canadian orders. For Canadian customers, if you want your package shipped through FEDEX Express or Canada Post please reach out to us.

For all international orders, we use, DHL/FEDEX/UPS and it may take 5-15 business days for the package to arrive to you.

Please note for international orders the import duty needs to be borne by the customer. If you received your order in the mail and fail to pay duties and taxes on it and the courier company mails it back to us, you are not eligible for any refunds or credits. Please reach out us for more details on the same.

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to post office boxes. 

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by postal service disruptions, including strikes, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are out of our hands.

We ship all orders in eco-friendly cardboard boxes.
